To keep your board in good condition (and to keep the warranty in place) read the owner’s manual.
For repairs of accidental damage or when no underlying issue can be determined, customers are responsible for shipping their board to the repair facility. For warranty returns, we will send a prepaid label.

2021 and newer inflatable SUPs are warranted to the original owner against defects in
workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. Our paddles and accessories are warranted against defects in workmanship to the original owner for 1 year. This warranty is limited. Water getting inside the board voids the warranty, as it does across the industry. Damage from wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or neglect is not covered by warranty, but we will repair it at wholesale repair rates. We want to help you get your board working, no matter what happened.
We will respond within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your warranty submission.
If the gear is determined to be defective, the gear will be repaired,
replaced, or refunded, at our option. Please allow a minimum of 10
business days for repair, during peak season repairs can take up to 3
weeks in addition to transit time.
If you run into questions about your warranty case, please only reply to the email form submission confirmation you receive after submitting this form for any questions
or communication. Only our warranty team can answer warranty-related questions. We will send a prepaid label to the customer.
All pre-2021 model boards came with a 3-year warranty (our warranty before we started welding our seams)
