2026 Hala Board Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: This Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, and who have reached the age of majority in their state, province or territory of residence, at the time of entry. Residents of Quebec are not eligible. Employees of Hala Gear, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws and regulations. Void in Quebec and where prohibited by law.

2. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on November 5, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Time and ends on November 19, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Time (the "Giveaway Period").

3. How to Enter: During the Giveaway Period, eligible persons may enter by visiting halagear.com/pages/giveaway, or the giveaway sign-up form on halagear.com, and completing the entry form with their full name and email address. This is one (1) entry.

Entrants may earn up to two (2) additional entries: one (1) additional entry for providing a valid US or Canadian mobile number, and one (1) additional entry for providing their Instagram handle. Maximum of three (3) entries per person. Limit one (1) person per email address. Entries made by automated means, or with false or multiple identities or email addresses, are void.

4. Email and Text Messages: By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Hala Gear. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. If you provide a mobile number, you consent to receive marketing text messages (e.g. promos, cart reminders) from Hala Gear at the number provided, including messages sent by autodialer. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP or clicking the unsubscribe link (where available). 5. Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) Hala Gear paddle board of the winner's choice from the Straight Up, Hoss, Rado, Radito, Atcha 96, Atcha 86, Atcha 96-R and Atcha 86-R, plus one (1) Rival Carbon 3-Piece SUP Paddle and one (1) Quick-Release Convertible SUP Leash, subject to availability. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,297 with the Straight Up or Hoss; $1,697 with the Rado, Radito, Atcha 96, Atcha 86, Atcha 96-R or Atcha 86-R. All values are in US dollars.

The Atcha 96-R and Atcha 86-R are Limited Edition boards. If the winner chooses one of them, the prize is expected to ship on or about March 15, 2027. All other boards ship after the winner is confirmed.

The prize is non-transferable, and no cash substitution is permitted, except at Hala's sole discretion. Hala reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, provincial, territorial and local taxes, and any duties, associated with prize acceptance.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on November 19, 2026, after the Giveaway Period ends, from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by email at the email address provided upon entry. The potential winner must respond to the notification email within forty-eight (48) hours and may be required to provide a valid shipping address to confirm eligibility and claim the prize.

Before being confirmed as the winner, a potential winner who is a resident of Canada must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by email or phone.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, fails to provide the requested information, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question (where applicable), or is found to be ineligible, they will forfeit the prize. In the event of forfeiture, Hala may, at its discretion, select an alternate potential winner in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

7. General Conditions and Release: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Hala, which are final and binding.
